Jacki Marx serves as Director of Finance at QKA, where she oversees financial management including cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning aligned with the firm’s business goals.

Jacki’s path to finance was inspired by her grandmother, who managed accounting for the family printing company in New York. After owning and operating her own business for over 15 years in Southern California, she relocated to Santa Rosa in 2010, seeking a more balanced lifestyle while drawing on the region’s seasonal changes that reminded her of her New York roots. This career shift prompted her to pursue formal education in finance, earning a bachelor’s degree and bringing her lifelong detail-oriented nature and business acumen to the field.

Her extensive business ownership experience provided invaluable perspective on company operations, from client management and project development to customer service, marketing, and accounting. This multifaceted background enables Jacki to understand business dynamics comprehensively, making her particularly effective at collecting and analyzing financial data and presenting it in ways that drive growth and strategic decision-making.

Outside the office, she enjoys wine tasting throughout Sonoma County, crocheting, reading, gardening, and following Mets baseball.
