From a young age, Elias set his sights on becoming an architect. While attending college, he gained hands-on experience working under contractors and shadowing a licensed architect on home remodels and improvement projects.

Elias discovered his passion in designing educational spaces. This work gives him a deep sense of purpose—he’s giving back to the community by creating inspiring environments where younger generations can grow, learn, and flourish.

As a collaborative team member, Elias strives to be adaptive and flexible, always looking for ways to contribute. His technological expertise and commitment to continuous growth make him a valuable partner on projects. Through creative thinking, experience, and tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM), he serves as a problem solver, helping facilitate project needs for school districts.

In addition to Project Designer, Elias is also the firm’s BIM Manager, where he leads the growth and expansion of the BIM expertise and capability of QKA’s production staff. His leadership has greatly improved QKA’s document quality and workflow efficiency.

Outside of work, family forms the foundation of Elias’ life, and he prioritizes spending quality time with loved ones. He also enjoys computer building, software programming, and cherishing moments with his significant other.
