Director of Construction Administration
Claudia T. comes from a background in finance and law enforcement, but she acquired an appreciation for architecture at a young age when her mother — an interior designer — brought Claudia along with her on weekend outings to observe the latest trends on interiors and architecture. Claudia was able to put this interest in architecture to use working with a Construction Management firm that focused on education projects.
Now, as Director of Construction Administration at QKA, one of her greatest assets is effectively communicating with different personality types and listening to various perspectives. She enjoys connecting with all team members, including the General Contractor, Inspector and school district, and believes these relationships help implement creative problem solving and successful projects for everyone involved. But what Claudia enjoys the most about construction administration is being part of a team that facilitates turning a vision into reality, and knowing that students will achieve positive school experiences within these facilities.
A Sonoma County native, Claudia loves hiking, watching movies and spending time with her family and dogs. She also volunteers with the NextGen Trades Academy, a program through the Lime Foundation that provides vocational training to disadvantaged youth within the architectural, engineering, and construction industry.
