As Contracts Manager and Vantagepoint Administrator, Carol Tonelli has been a cornerstone of QKA’s operational infrastructure since 2006. She oversees Owner-Architect agreements, fee adjustments, monthly billing, and accounts receivable, and supervises the Contracts Technician responsible for consultant agreements. Known for her creativity and problem-solving approach, Carol develops processes that track and support projects from inception through completion, while improving how teams communicate around those processes.

Carol brings 20 years of experience in accounting and office management, with a background spanning multiple industries. Shortly after joining QKA, she stepped into the role of Vantagepoint Administrator, shaping the tracking tools and workflows the team continues to rely on today. She has always loved architecture and appreciates being part of the process from an involved-adjacent role. Carol values QKA’s collaborative culture and the lasting relationships she builds with district and consultant partners.

Outside the office, Carol enjoys spending time with family, especially her husband and granddaughter, along with cooking and gardening. She also has a lifelong passion for music and has performed in choirs, ensembles, and live bands.
