We are honored to be recognized by the North Bay Business Journal in its inaugural “Diversity in Business” program. In 2020, our employees made these efforts a formalized pillar of the company by establishing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. We have since expanded policies and created processes for holding the firm accountable for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and making a positive impact in our community. This recognition is incredibly meaningful as we continue to make progress on our vision of a more inclusive and vibrant future in the field of architecture.
