QKA prioritizes a culture based on learning and working together to grow our individual and collective skills and expertise. To this end, we have implemented several internal support programs and also utilize and participate in leading industry organizations to ensure that we are always at the forefront of emerging best practices.

We have active study groups for the ARE and LEED AP exams to help you succeed as part of a team.
Materials and Resources
We provide access to a wide variety of study materials and resources for ARE exams, ALEP certification and many other professional development programs.
Reimbursement
QKA reimburses employees for costs associated with fees for professional exams, as well as tuition for professional development courses.
Conferences
QKA’ers attend and participate in many industry conferences to expand our knowledge, share our experience, make connections and get inspired. QKA supports conference attendance at every level of the organization.
Organization Memberships
We support membership in a variety of professional organizations, including dues reimbursement. QKA staff often serve on boards of these organizations, making valuable connections and strengthening their leadership skills.
