Pacifica, Calif.
- Completion Date: March 2002
- Square Footage: 19,250 (New Construction) / 36,000 (Modernization)

Closed for a decade, this school was severely damaged, and had suffered from a collapsed roof, dry rot, structural damage, mold and water infiltration. The brick building’s mechanical and electrical systems were unusable and all interior finishes were severely damaged.
Realizing the need for a neighborhood school, the district decided to reopen and enlarge the abandoned facility by more than 19,000 square feet. Major seismic repair and modernization services were performed, and a new classroom wing and multi-use building were constructed.
