SANTA ROSA, Calif., Sept. 24, 2012 – Quattrocchi Kwok Architects (QKA) was named one of the “Best Places to Work” for the fifth consecutive year by the North Bay Business Journal.

The 2012 list honors 73 companies throughout Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties. Winners were selected by North Bay Business Journal editorial staff based on the results of an employee survey and a company application that provided information on issues such as diversity, family-friendly workplace, community involvement and employee benefits.
New for 2012, QKA launched a mentoring program. The program matches senior staff with younger professionals in the company, offering a multifaceted approach to foster learning, team-building and enhancing company culture. In conjunction, QKA started a continuing education program that provides opportunities for professional growth to all staff.
