As the first high school for this new community, the district and community wanted this high school to be the first civic symbol for the new town. The front façade with a formal curved driveway has a grand arched entryway into a central tree-lined quad.

The front building includes administration, library/counseling and media center and a state-of-the art 300-seat community theater with a public lobby and back stage facilities. The formal main building is flanked by two symmetrical wings - the applied technology and fine arts academies.

The five classroom clusters and three academies support the school’s Core focus areas. These clusters and academies arrangement around courtyards create a sense of community for these students and teachers.
